In any economy, the task of workforce development is difficult at best. Business owners are selective and truly seeking qualified future employees. The person needs to be "job ready" meaning they understand what it means to be an employee - soft skill are in place and practiced, hard skills required for the job applying for are solid and the person is ready to be trained for the specific tasks the job they seek entails.
